A consultation on Biodiversity Net Gain Regulations and Implementation https://consult.defra.gov.uk/defra-net-gain-consultation-team/consultation-on-biodiversity-net-gain-regulations/ came out from DEFRA in January with a deadline of 5 April 2022 for comments.
ATO members could provide any comments directly to DEFRA or engage via their own local authority response. In addition, let ATO know if you have any views on trees on which you would like ATO to comment as we will be setting up an ATO working party to put together a response in the next couple of weeks in mid March 2022.
